Delivery and receipt of products

At the time of delivery, the buyer is obliged to check the products and to check if they meet his expectations. Unless free delivery is specified when placing the order, the buyer is responsible for the shipping costs. The service for delivery of the products offered on this website is valid for the territory of the Republic of Northern Macedonia. If you want delivery in another country, contact us at welexpressbusiness@gmail.com with details of the products you want to order and your location to provide you with current shipping cost information.

Free delivery is not valid for shipments outside the Republic of Northern Macedonia.

Return of products

VEL EXPRESS DOOEL GEVGELIJA provides product replacement or refunds for products purchased and paid from the e-store www.welexpress.eu, under the following conditions:

If the products you received do not match the shape, color, type, cut or in any way to your expectations, you can request a replacement product for another product. In case there is no possibility of replacement, you have the right to a refund according to the conditions stated here.

Contact us no later than 24 hours after receiving the shipment on the phone number +38977507000 or send us an e-mail with your data (name, surname and phone) at the address welexpressbusiness@gmail.com with the title “Refund”, and specify the reasons why you want to make a replacement, ie return the product. As soon as possible, our operator will inform you about the further procedure.

You can return or replace the product within 7 days from the day of the order. The product must be undamaged and unused, with the original label. In such a condition, neatly packaged, you can return the product to VEL EXPRESS DOOEL at the address: 43 Goce Delchev Street, Gevgelija. Shipping costs for replacement and return are borne by the buyer.

Upon receipt of the product, it is determined whether the product is undamaged and unused, after which we proceed to send an appropriate replacement or refund.

In case you request a refund, after returning the product to VEL EXPRESS DOOEL in the above condition, the funds in the amount of the order except for the delivery costs will be transferred to the same transaction account you used to pay for the product or on an account to be indicated by the buyer if the payment was made on delivery. Delivery costs are not refundable.
